Refund & Return Policy

Refund and return requests will be accepted if the order sent and received does not match the order placed and paid for online and Forget Me Not Garden Labels Pty Ltd is advised of this within 14 days of receipt.

This refund policy does not apply:

  • To goods which have been used, damaged during or after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or the product has been dropped and marked/scratched/nicked. All products must be returned in their original condition.
  • For customer mistakes in selection of material, label shape or customer added text as per our terms and conditions. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the purchased goods are manufactured to the customers order requirements and are packed in such a manner that the completed products engraved surface is packed and delivered to Australia Post in a scratch and mark free condition. Forget Me Not Garden Labels Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for Australia Post loss or transit damage.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume the risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Forget Me Not Garden Labels Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
